Real estate team of the year is open to commercial property lawyers working in the planning, development, finance or institutional investment arenas.

Judges will be looking for evidence of:

1. Full details of the transaction. For contentious work, please illustrate any precedents set
2. Political sensitivity
3. Technical legal innovation
4. Consistently excellent project management skills

Submissions should focus on a single transaction but we welcome overviews of team activity throughout the course of the year.
