Entry criteria
Infrastructure/energy team of the year is open to firms involved in international projects as well as UK PPP and PFI work.
Judges will be looking for evidence of:
- Full details of the transaction
- A list of all major parties involved in the transaction, including advisers
- Innovative legal structures
- Efficacy in closing deals
- Sensitivity to political considerations
Submissions should focus on a single transaction but we welcome overviews of team activity throughout the course of the year.
